KDDI started supporting OpenID

According to their news release, the second largest telco in Japan, KDDI, has started supporting OpenID and payment service using the identifier obtained through OpenID Assertion. March this year, NTT docomo started to support OpenID. KDDI together with docomo covers approximately 68% of the Japanese population, 78% of the Mobile phone users.
