Season’s greetings through Ave Verum Corpus K.618

Season’s greetings 2016

This year, we have decided to record Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Ave Verum Corpus (KV.618) as our original greeting card. It is only 46 bars but is one of the most profound music that Mozart wrote in his late days. It was written for four parts choir with strings and organ but we tried to play it with a flute and a keyboard. At one time, both of us got so intimidated that after all, you cannot add nor subtract a note from Mozart, but after several trials, we managed to come up with this rendition.
Enjoy, and Happy Holidays!
